experienceanatomy.comLet’s plan your program.
A surgical training at our Charlotte lab, a bioskills course at your venue, or a session in the mobile lab: every program starts with one request form. Tell us what you want to teach, who’s coming, and when. We take it from there.
Plan on about fifteen minutes. Answers save as you go, and your link brings you back to them.
Three ways we run a program
The form’s first real question. Pick whichever fits, and it asks only what that way needs.
At our lab
Our learning center in Charlotte: a fully equipped cadaver lab with conference and event space, and a catering kitchen so your group never has to leave.
On the form: On-site at Experience Anatomy
At your venue
We bring the specimens, transport, technical staff, and coordination to your facility, a convention center, or a surgical suite.
On the form: Off-site facility
Mobile lab
A wet lab on wheels. We park where your team is, from dispatch sites to hospital lots, with everything a session needs on board.
On the form: Off-site, mobile lab
What the form asks
- Who we should talk to, and who receives the estimate.
- The program itself: what you're teaching, and how many people are coming.
- Where and when, and how fixed the dates are.
- Tissue specimens: anatomy, cuts, quantities, and preservation.
- Equipment, instrumentation, supplies, and support like catering.
“Not sure yet” is an acceptable answer to most of it. Required questions are marked, and the form tells you what’s still open before you submit.
What happens next
- We read your request and follow up with any questions.
- You receive an estimate for the program.
- Your signed estimate confirms the program and holds the dates.
Rather talk it through first?
